Subjects
Add or update the subjects your school offers.
Grades
Define labels for grade levels (e.g., Grade 9, DP 2).
Academic Years
Set the academic terms for each year (e.g., 2024–2025).
Permissions
General settings (apply to the whole organization):
- Disable per-question grading for MYP Achievement Level.
- Don’t allow teachers to reset student submissions and reopen uploads.
- Allow teachers to enable or disable anonymous grading.
User permissions (set per user):
- School library: Enable or disable access to the school’s library.
- AP banks: Enable or disable AP test banks.
- AI assistant: Enable or disable the AI assistant feature.
- Manage permissions: Allow or prevent the user from changing permissions.
- Auto Proctoring: Enable or disable the Proctoring feature.
Grading scales
Create grading scales to analyze student performance across assessments.
Add new grading scale
- Title: Enter a title for the grading scale.
- Color: Choose a color for the performance level.
- Proficiency level: Enter a label for each performance level.
- Performance threshold: Specify the percentage threshold for that level.
- Add row: Use this option to add multiple proficiency levels.
