Who is this for?
School admins who don’t use ManageBac and want to set up AssessPrep quickly—adding users, managing accounts, and creating classes.

Login
- Use the welcome email sent to your inbox to sign in as an admin.
- Open the login page and enter your email and password.
- If your organization allows it, you can also log in using Google or Microsoft accounts.
Manage User Accounts
To create a new user (teacher, student or admin):
- Go to the Users section in the left-hand menu.
- Click the "+Create" button.

Enter the person’s details (name, email and role) and click Submit.
After creation, each student account will be allocated a unique 6 digit alpha-numeric code (student code)
- Once the user setup is completed and credentials are shared with the respective users, they can login to AssessPrep and begin using the platform.
Edit or Archive Accounts
You can edit, archive or reset a password for any user by using the icons next to their name:
- Lock: Reset the user’s password.
- Edit: Modify the user’s details.
- Archive: Archive the account (keeps data but prevents access).
- Accommodation (Star) : Enable accommodations for students.
Manage Classes
Navigate to the Classes section in the left-hand menu and click +Create to add a new class. Provide a clear name (e.g., “Grade 8 – Science”).
