A Task Specific Clarification (TSC) provides detailed guidance for each criterion in an achievement level assessment. It helps students understand what is expected and ensures consistent grading.

Enabling the Task Specific Clarification
In edit mode for a question, use the Tags option to assign the appropriate criteria strands. Selecting the right criteria ensures the correct strands appear.
Once selected, the strands will show as small boxes below each question.
From the Actions menu, choose Add Task Specific Clarification.
Write or edit the clarification for each criterion, or use the AI generator to create one. Click Add to save and enable the TSC for your assessment.
Editing the Task Specific Clarification
To make changes, click the TSC icon next to the Actions tab to reopen the clarification editor.
Edit the existing clarifications or regenerate them using AI, then click Save. To remove a clarification, click Remove in the same modal.
Students can view the TSC during their test by clicking the TSC icon on the test page.
Teachers can access TSC while grading in the Grading tab to ensure consistent evaluation.
