This article explains how to collaborate with colleagues, export tests and preview them.
Adding Collaborators and Invigilators
Collaborators
From the Actions menu, choose Collaborators to invite co-teachers. Collaborators can edit the assessment, add content, monitor student progress and grade submissions.
Invigilators
Select Invigilators from the Actions menu to add teachers or educators as invigilators. Invigilators log in with their own accounts to monitor a test.
Printing/Exporting a test
Use the Export option in the Actions menu to print or download a PDF of the assessment. You can include teacher explanations, mark schemes and space for student answers.
Previewing a Test
Click the Preview icon to view and interact with the test from a student’s perspective. You can answer questions to experience the test as a student.
