Once the students have submitted their assessments, you can now start grading student responses. Open the 'Grade' Tab to view and grade all student responses.
Search for submissions
Search for a specific student using the search bar
Filter submissions by Status
Filter students by name, class or status (e.g., not started, in progress, submitted).
View Submissions
View the list of all student submissions as shown below.
Sort submissions
Sort submissions by clicking on the 'sort' icon.
Start Grading
Start grading by clicking on a Student's name.
Submission Date/Time
See the submission 'Date' and 'Time' by clicking on the 'clock' icon.
More actions
- Export to PDF - Export to PDF by clicking on the 'downward arrow' and choosing 'Export to PDF' from the dropdown menu.
- Reset submissions - Reset submission to allow student to resubmit their submission.
- Mark as seed - Allows to mark the selected submission style, language etc as base for grade with AI for all other submissions in the assessment.

Publish result - Publish the graded submission.
Change Name Format/Anonymous Grading
Change the Student Name Format to [Last Name, First Name] by clicking on the 'Change Name Format' toggle switch.
View Grading Progress
View Grading Progress for each student submission as shown below.
Sorting by grading progress
Sort by grading progress in ascending/descending order by clicking on the 'Sort' icon.
View Uploads
View all uploads made by a student on a single click.
Once you click on the number, a pop up box showing all the uploads opens.
View Marks
View overall student-wise marks.
View question-wise marks for each student from the grid view.
The marks in the grid view are color coded. The coding is as shown below. This also helps in quickly identifying ungraded and unattempted questions.
Action items - Grading
Publish all results - To publish all results, click on the 'Actions' dropdown and choose 'Publish all results' from the list.
Export all submissions to PDF - To export all submissions to PDF, click on the 'Actions' dropdown and choose 'Export all submissions to PDF' from the list.
Export all to Excel - To export all to excel, click on the 'Actions' dropdown and choose 'Export all submissions to excel' from the list.
