For questions that require sketches, diagrams or handwritten calculations, AssessPrep lets you upload photos of your work. You’ll use your phone to scan a QR code and send images directly into your answer area
In the test, click the Upload icon for the question that asks for a handwritten response
A QR code appears on your screen
Use your phone’s camera or QR code scanner (e.g., Google Lens) to scan the code and open the upload page.

Choose the option to open this website identified for the QR code.
When you open the website, it will take you to the following page. Here, you can choose the section and question number that you want to upload an answer to. Then, click on 'Upload' for that question.
- You will get the option to click from Camera or upload from Files
- Once your file is uploaded, click the 'Save' button as shown below.
- When you click 'Save' your screen will appear as shown below. Similarly, you can upload answers to other questions.
- Preview/Delete/Upload or Mark as done.
- Preview - Click 'eye' icon to preview the image
- Delete - Click trash icon to delete the uploaded image.
- Upload - Click on upload CTA to upload more images
- Mark Done - Once you have uploaded all images, click on Done

Uploading post assessment submission
Even though you have submitted the test, you still get an option to upload any pending documents, to the assessment.
Go-to My assessments and click on the Submitted tab. Here you will see all assessments that were submitted. Go to the assessment that you want to upload pending documents for & click on the Upload button.
Clicking on upload will open a modal where you can upload your pending documents.
Note: Once Saved you will not be able to add more documents after this against the assessment.
Direct camera capture option.
Note - This is only available for iPAD device
For Browser with security you will get option to directly capture a file using your ipad camera.
For Browser you will get option to upload using either File Manager or do a direct capture.
