The school’s assessment library stores all assessments created by teachers, allowing them to be reused.

Library

Every assessment created by teachers is stored in the library. Teachers and administrators can reuse entire assessments or individual questions.

Accessing the Library as an Administrator

Administrators can view assessments in any status (draft, published, closed or archived). They can duplicate and edit assessments, and assign collaborators and invigilators.

Accessing the Library as a Teacher

Teachers can view only published assessments. They can duplicate and edit these assessments and assign collaborators and invigilators.

Test Bank

Use the test bank filter in the library to choose a question bank and duplicate assessments to reuse them. To use selected questions, first duplicate and add the whole assessment; then you can pick individual questions from the library.

 

FAQ's

1. I am unable to see the filter option for Select Question bank.
   You can get in touch with your ManageBac account manager or can write an email to [e-mail] to get it enabled.
2. Can I use just a couple of questions from the Test Bank's papers?
   Yes, You have to duplicate and add the assessment, once added all the individual questions will be available to use from the add from Library option.
3. I am not able to copy one the available assessment of a subject from the Test Bank
   Please make sure if the subject for which you want to use the Assessment from the Test Bank is enabled for your school. You can visit setting>Programs>Select the program>Subjects to make sure that the same subject is enabled.
