Taking a test as a guest user

If you don’t have an AssessPrep account (for example, in a placement test or open assessment), you can join as a guest using only your name and the test’s join code

Via join code

Step 1: Go to the AssessPrep login page and click **Login as guest**

Step 2: Enter your full name and the join code provided by your teacher or exam organiser. The join code identifies the test.

Step 3: Click on 'Find test'.

Step 4: The next screen would show you a dialogue box containing your student code. Please make a note of it and click on 'I wrote it down. Continue'.

Step 5: Click Start Test to begin. The test opens in your browser with the same interface used by registered students.

Step 6: Once you are done with the test, you can end the test by clicking on the 'End Test' button at the top-right corner.

Step 7: Click on 'Submit test' to confirm your submission.

Via join link

Step 1: Copy and paste the join link in the address bar of your browser and hit enter.

Step 2: Enter your 'Full name' and click 'Find test'.

Note: In this case, the test join code is automatically fetched. So there is no need to enter the join code.

How to resume a test?

In case you are logged out of the test or your PC shuts down, resume the test by entering the 'Student code' along with 'Full name' and 'Join code'.

How to check your result in Guest mode?

1. Go to www.asssessprep.com (In the case of china, go to www.assessprep.cn)

2. Click on 'Login as guest'.

   

3. Enter the test join code and student code. Student name is optional in this case.

   

4. Click on 'Find test' to look at the grade for the test.
