In some situations, teachers may need to upload submissions on behalf of their students. This could happen if a student faces technical issues or submits handwritten work that needs to be uploaded by the teacher. AssessPrep makes it easy for teachers to handle such cases. Follow these steps to create and upload submissions for students.

Log in to your AssessPrep account using your teacher credentials.

Go to the My Assessments section and click on the assignment that is already published.

Click on the Grade tab for the selected assignment.

Open the Actions dropdown menu and select Create new submission.
- In the popup window, type and search for the student’s name.
- Click on Create submission, which will reflect the student’s name in the grid.

Locate the Upload column in the grid under the student’s name.
- Click on the column to open the Attachment window.

Click on Upload.
- Drag and drop multiple files or a single file, or locate the file, select it, and click Open to attach it.
- If needed, use the Recover files icon to retrieve any uploads deleted earlier.
- Use the Reopen upload option if the student needs to upload additional files.
Finally , Click 'Save' button to finalize the process.
