How to convert criteria with points to Achievement levels for published results
Note: The steps for converting criteria with points (CWP) to achievement levels are different depending on whether the assessment results have been published.
- Go to the Grade tab and locate the Equivalent Achievement Level column for the student’s row.
- Click on the blank cell in this column, and a selection box will pop up where you can set the level. Simply choose the desired level for each criteria.
- The assigned levels will now be displayed in the Equivalent Achievement Level column, clearly showing student's achievement level based on the criteria points.
- In the Grade tab, click on the Actions dropdown menu. Select Convert to Achievement Level from the menu.
- A dialog box will open where you can set percentage ranges for each achievement level (0-8). After setting the ranges, click Convert to apply the changes.
- After applying the changes, a pop-up will appear. Simply click Yes to confirm and proceed with the updated achievement levels.
- The system will update each student’s achievement level based on the set ranges, and the levels will appear in the Equivalent Achievement Level column.
